| Product Description: | CDCAP® Respiratory Pathogen Panel is specifically designed to detect over 200 DNA- and RNA- respiratory pathogens, including 181 bacteria, 52 fungi, and 39 viruses, for obtaining near-complete sequence on Illumina platforms. This panel is aimed to detect respiratory pathogens in a single assay simultaneously, based on hybridization technology. It provides a fast, set-up workflow from library preparation to target enrichment, improving the sensitivity and coverage of detecting genomes. CDCAP® Respiratory Virus Panel provides access to analyze hundreds of respiratory pathogens and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) genes from whole genome sequence information. CDCAP® Respiratory Pathogen Panel provides all required reagents needed, including NGS cDNA Iibrary preparation, target enrichment. |
