Brief Introduction

T cells and B cells are the two major cell populations of the adaptive immune system, which are key measures of immune complexity. The study of immune repertoire is essential to understanding the immune profile. It ultimately reveals the discovery of new infection factors and potentially aids the development of antibodies/vaccines, clinical diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.

We have created human immune library sequencing products and services that characterize RNA input. Input from RNA can unbiasedly capture the phenotype of cell subpopulations. Our kits rely on multiplex PCR technology to simultaneously perform rapid, efficient, and accurate parallel analysis of large numbers of TCRs/BCRs, adapted for the measurement of complex samples and discovery of rare mutations.

Our Immune Repertoire Analysis Solution also can be applied to both solid tumors and blood cancers, including prognostic and genealogical analysis. It can be used to analyze tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes and compare TCR diversity. The diversity of Immune can predict prognosis and can be used to map neoantigens derived from cancer cells to the corresponding TCRs.
