CDCap™ Human HLA Panel for high-resolution human leukocyte antigen (HLA) genotyping via hybridization capture-based target enrichment for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). It utilizes CDCap hybridization capture technology to enable efficient enrichment of polymorphic regions. Combined with NGS, this panel achieves high-resolution typing of six HLA loci for immunology research applications including transplant matching, immune disease research, and drug allergy studies.
The panel comprehensively targets 15 HLA genes: full-length sequences of HLA class I genes (A, B, C), DRB3/4/5, and full exon sequences of DRB1, DQB1, DPB1, DQA1, DPA1, DOA, DOB, DMA, and DMB genes.
