Inflammation & Immunology Panel

Inflammation & Immunology Panel

The immune response can result in inflammation and autoimmune diseases. Autoimmune diseases are autologous inflammatory lesions caused by the destruction of adaptive immune tolerance mechanisms that identify themselves/non-self, characterized by the appearance of autoantibodies and autoreactive T lymphocytes in vivo. Most diseases have similar and overlapping symptoms and signs among various diseases. Therefore, gene mutation detection can be used to help distinguish disease types and promote the discovery of disease biomarkers, targeted therapy and targeted drug development.

CD Genomics offers an inflammation & immunology panel containing over 700 genes. Targeted NGS sequencing technology and Illumina MiSeq instrument are provided to detect the mutations which enable cost-effective and accurate research with credible and detailed results.
