The CD MTBC/NTM Real-time PCR Kit is capable of rapid and accurate simultaneous qualitative detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC) and 20 non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) DNA within 2 hours. Applicable samples are sputum, bronchial effusion, and cultures from patients with suspected MTBC and/or NTM.
