CD gDNA TMB Reference Mix is a reference mixture designed for the validation and utilization of target Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) panels in measuring tumor mutational burden (TMB). CD gDNA TMB Reference Mix comprises five vials of purified genomic DNA sourced from tumor-derived human cell lines, encompassing complex genomic features and covering a wide range of TMB scores. CD gDNA TMB Reference Mix is used to verify and assess the accuracy and consistency of TMB measurements.
