Product Infomation
Product Description: Monkeypox virus is a rare and potentially serious viral disease that is similar to but less severe than smallpox. It is primarily found in animals in Central and West Africa, and can be transmitted to humans through contact with infected animals or humans. Symptoms of infection include fever, headache, muscle aches, and a rash that progresses to pustules and scabs. While the disease is generally self-limiting, severe cases can lead to complications such as pneumonia and encephalitis. The kit is based on fluorescent PCR to identify the DNA of Monkeypox Virus.
