The CD ctDNA EGFR RT-PCR Kit is based on real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using mutant-specific primers to detect the presence of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations. EGFR mutations are often detected in tumor tissues of patients with non-small cell lung cancer, so it has been used as a routine detection of non-small cell lung cancer. Detection of EGFR mutations can measure response to EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy.
Detects low mutant copy number.
Low input requirement.
Easy setup & interpretation.
