The CDCap™ Solid Tumor HotSpot Panel is a hybridization capture-based targeted sequencing assay designed to interrogate "hotspot" regions of tumor-associated mutations across 49 genes implicated in carcinogenesis and tumor suppression, with probes covering approximately 25 Kb of the genome. This panel is optimized for use with the Optimized Capture System, leveraging its novel targeted enrichment technology to deliver enhanced capture efficiency, consistent performance, and reduced experimental time, enabling cost-effective and high-throughput sequencing workflows.
