The CD BCR-ABL P210 (Mbcr) One-Step RT-PCR Kit contains validated primers, a hydrolysis probe, and hot-start DNA polymerase. The kit j is based on real-time PCR technology, which can obtain highly specific and ultrasensitive results in one step. It uses the comparative Ct method (Pfaffl method) to determine the target: reference gene ratio, consistent with the International Scale (IS).
