| Product Description: | CDAMP Respiratory Virus Panel is specifically designed to detect RSV A/B, Flu A/B subtype, over 40 strains, for obtaining near-complete sequence on Illumina platforms. This panel is aimed to detect over 40 viruses simultaneously with 150 designed primers, which highly improving the sensitivity and coverage of specific but conserved targets from thousands viral genome sequences. CDAMP Respiratory Virus Panel provides access to identify viruses and low frequency viral mutations, without requiring deep seqeucing. Our panel, based on amplicon sequencing technology, provides a fast, set-up workflow that greatly simplifies library preparation and target enrichment steps and shortening times. CDAMP Respiratory Virus Panel provides all required reagents needed, including NGS cDNA Iibrary preparation, target enrichment. |
