| Product Description: | The substantial sequence diversity of TCRs and BCRs is generated by somatic V(D)J recombination. CDR3 is the preferred target region for many sequencing studies because TCRs of CDR3 can interact directly with peptides and antigens. CDAMP® Human TCR Panel is suitable for Illumina next-generation targeted sequencing (NGS) of T-cell receptor (TCR) and B-cell receptor (BCR) immune repertoire. This kit uses multiplex PCR and UMI technology, and can target enriched multivariate V(D)J regions of the α, β,γ and δ genes, including CDR3. This method greatly improves the uniformity of amplification. It further reduces amplification bias and allows for accurate and sensitive assessment of TCR clonotypes and repertoire diversity. |
