The CD PIK3CA mutation analysis kit can be used to detect PIK3CA somatic mutations based on probe-based real-time PCR technology. PIK3CA mutations are genetic alterations that affect the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway, which plays a critical role in regulating cell growth, survival, and proliferation. These mutations are commonly found in many types of cancer, including breast, colorectal, ovarian, endometrial, and lung cancer.
