Chrysanthemum Stunt Viroid is a small particle of genetic material that infects chrysanthemum plants and causes stunt disease. It can affect the growth and quality of the flowers and produce stunted plants with smaller leaves and flowers. It can also be asymptomatic in some plants. It is transmitted by grafting, seeds, pollen, or contaminated tools. This kit is based on real-time reverse transcription PCR to detect chrysanthemum stunt viroid.
