Precise Genomic Characterization of Arthropod-borne and Animal Epidemic Pathogens is Critical for public health security, livestock industry protection, and biosecurity. Conventional methods like qPCR face significant limitations in emerging outbreak response, unknown variant detection, and comprehensive genomic studies requiring complete sequence data for epidemiological tracing, virulence assessment, or drug resistance profiling. These approaches often lack sufficient sensitivity, genomic coverage depth, and analytical resolution to meet modern precision research and containment demands.

Our Solution: We introduce two specialized NGS research panel series. The Vector-borne Pathogens Panels (featuring targeted panels for Dengue virus, etc.) and the Animal Epizootic Pathogens Panels (featuring panels for African Swine Fever virus, etc.). Each pathogen-specific panel delivers optimized sensitivity and near-complete genomic sequences, overcoming traditional method limitations. This enables robust variant analysis, evolutionary tracing, and antimicrobial resistance research – facilitating precision pathogen genomics and evidence-based outbreak control.
