The Animal Whole Exome Panel Series is a high-performance genomic research solution specifically designed for a wide range of animal species, including but not limited to mammals, avian species, aquatic animals, companion animals, model organisms, and livestock (economically important animals). This product portfolio utilizes advanced liquid-phase hybridization capture technology combined with highly specific probe libraries to efficiently enrich the entire coding regions (exomes) of animal genomes.
The series includes standardized exome capture panels tailored to different animal groups. To date, we have successfully developed whole exome panels for mice, rats, dogs, pigs, cattle, sheep, and chickens. In addition, customized panel design services are available to meet diverse research needs, ensuring high coverage, uniformity, and specificity. These features enable the generation of high-quality targeted sequencing libraries suitable for downstream high-throughput next-generation sequencing (NGS), making the series an ideal choice for efficient and precise animal genomic research.

Extensive Species Compatibility and Flexibility
1、Excellent Performance in Different Species
As one of the most used model organisms in biology and medicine, mice are highly adaptable and widely used in disease model research, drug development, etc. The exon region of mice is approximately 38.4 Mb. When tested with mouse gDNA and sequenced on the MGI platform, the capture efficiency is over 75%, the 20%× uniformity is over 98%, and a sequencing depth of over 100× can be achieved with 8 Gb of data, showing excellent performance indicators.
In the field of pet health, precision detection technologies are constantly evolving. The dog whole exome product can leverage cutting - edge high - throughput sequencing technology to provide strong support for canine health research and disease prevention and control. The Dog Whole Exome Panel is designed based on the latest canine reference genome canFam4. The exon region is approximately 36.0 Mb. When tested with canine gDNA and sequenced on the MGI platform, the capture efficiency is over 70%, the 20%× uniformity is over 95%, and a sequencing depth of over 110× can be achieved with 8 Gb of data, demonstrating excellent performance indicators.
