Product Description: CD dsDNA HS Assay Kit provides a fast, sensitive and accurate double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) fluorescence quantitative detection method. The Kit includes fluorescence detection reagents, buffers, and dsDNA standards. It has an excellent linearity between 0.2 ng and 100 ng for dsDNA samples, providing accurate quantification for initial sample concentrations from 10 pg/µL to 100 ng/µL. This kit is highly selective for double-stranded DNA, not affected by RNA. Meanwhile, most conventional contaminations, including salt, free nucleotides, proteins, solvents, and detergents are well-tolerated in the assay. The assay can be performed at room temperature. Before use, the fluorescence detection reagent(Equalbit dsDNA HS Reagent) should be diluted with its buffer(Equalbit dsDNA HS Buffer) into a working solution, and then add the Standard or dsDNA sample for detection by a Qubit fluorometer. All Kit components are subjected to stringent quality control.
