Product Description

The CD NRAS RT-PCR Kit is used to detect the mutation of NRAS to judge cancer. NRAS belongs to the GTPase of the RAS family and plays a major role in the MAPK signaling pathway. Activating mutations in exon 2 (codon 12/13), exon 3 (codon 61), and exon 4 (codon 146) occur in cancers including melanoma, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, in various cancers, including myelogenous leukemia and thyroid cancer.
