Hop Stunt Viroid is a small particle of genetic material that infects hop plants and causes stunting disease. It can affect the growth and quality of the hops and produce chlorosis, downward-facing curled leaves, and distorted leaf growth. It can also infect other plants such as citrus, grape, apricot, plum, and almond. It is transmitted by grafting, vegetative propagation, or contaminated tools. This kit is based on real-time reverse transcription PCR to detect hop stunt viroid.
Detection principle: One-Step PCR detection technology.
RNA Kit: Also includes reverse transcriptase, and exogenous RNA incorporated during the cell lysis step.
