The CD ctDNA KRAS and NRAS RT-PCR Kit is a single-tube assay based on RT-PCR. The presence of KRAS and NRAS mutations can be identified in multiplex reactions by allele-specific primers. The assay amplifies mutant-specific sequences in samples containing a mixture of mutant and wild-type DNA.
