Erwinia amylovora is a gram-negative bacterium that causes fire blight disease in apple, pear, and other related plants. It is a serious threat to the global agricultural industry, causing significant economic losses. The bacterium is highly contagious, and infected plants can quickly spread the disease to other healthy plants in the orchard or field. The kit is based on real-time PCR technology to detect Erwinia amylovora.
Detection principle: One-Step PCR detection technology.
RNA Kit: Also includes reverse transcriptase, and exogenous RNA incorporated during the cell lysis step.
