Returns and refunds are only accepted if CD Genomics or its affiliates made an error during fulfillment, or if the product fails to meet the stated specifications or intended research use.
Returns are not accepted for issues caused by the customer, such as:
Returned in-stock items may incur a restocking fee of at least 20% of the product's listed price.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
