The CD HP-CLA Real-time PCR kit can quickly and accurately complete the simultaneous qualitative detection and differentiation of Helicobacter pylori and clarithromycin resistance mutations within 2 hours. Applicable samples are DNA extracted from human gastric biopsies and FFPE specimens.
