Targeted sequencing enables efficient analysis of customer-selected genes through high-throughput sequencing technology. For several or hundreds of genes, targeted sequencing exhibit higher sensitivity and specificity, as well as higher coverage, and yield high quality data.Targeted sequencing has been widely used in agrigenome research, providing new ideas and help for molecular breeding.
