Sequencing Services

The development of sequencing technology has greatly promoted research in the field of life sciences. The application of sequencing technology in the field of agricultural research has promoted researchers in a variety of fields such as mining genes with important economic value, discovering new plant and animal species, accelerating plant and animal species improvement and genetic breeding, analyzing the evolution and origin of species, and protecting biodiversity.

CD Genomics has a variety of advanced sequencing platforms and offers a wide range of technical services for sequencing research, including plant and animal gene cloning and sequencing, SSR analysis, exome sequencing, transcriptome sequencing, epigenetic sequencing, high-throughput sequencing, and dozens of other sequencing services to meet the needs of our clients' various projects. In addition, we provide one-stop sequencing services from experimental protocol design, sample reception and extraction, library construction, sequencing, sequencing result analysis, and after-sales service. We ensure accurate and reliable results, and we can deliver the results to our clients in the shortest possible time. So far, we have successfully served thousands of cases of agricultural genome related sequencing services, sequencing species covering various fields of agricultural research.

Types of sequencing services

Our Sanger sequencing is highly accurate and simple, fast, and can effectively help researchers to perform a small number of studies at the individual level in plants and animals, such as routine clone detection, single gene detection, and small batch screening.

Our NGS sequencing services help researchers to obtain the precise location of genes of interest in a short period of time, accelerate the mining of important genes regulating agronomic traits in plants and animals, and greatly promote the improvement and breeding of plant and animal species.

Our long-read sequencing service, a very new DNA sequencing technology, helps customers read longer DNA fragments at a time when sequencing DNA sequences. Our long-read sequencing services have greatly helped researchers discover new variants and detect structural variations in complex plant and animal genomic regions.
