Instructions for customers to provide samples

• PCR-purified samples: concentration > 20 ng / μL, volume ≥ 20 μL.
• PCR unpurified samples: concentration > 50 ng / μL, volume ≥ 25 μL.
• Sequence information of PCR amplification primers.
• Information about the cloned fragment (name, size, whether the sample has an "A" tail and the type of PCR product).
