cDNA microarray workflow services

cDNA microarray is a Northern hybridisation technique in which a large number of targeted cDNA fragments are quantitatively immobilised on a substrate in a pre-designed sequence to obtain a high density microarray. cDNA fragments from different cells, tissues or whole organs are labelled with fluorescein or isotopes as molecular hybridisation. The amount of probe bound to the cDNA template on the surface of the substrate under opposite reaction conditions is determined by its base composition and the amount of the two matched, the higher the complementarity between the two, the stronger the binding intensity and the stronger the signal.
