CD Universal microRNA Isolation Kit is specially designed for total RNA and microRNA (20-200 nt, including miRNA, siRNA and snRNA) isolation in a fast, simple, and cost-effective method from various kinds of sample types, such as cultured cells, animal tissues, plant tissues, insect samples, etc. The Kit can also enrich microRNA and total RNA (mRNA, tRNA, rRNA), respectively, by utilizing a silica-based two-column system. The purified total RNA can be used directly for molecular biological experiments such as RT-PCR, Real-time RT-PCR, Northern Blot, total RNA sequencing, and microRNA analysis, etc.

Storage:

RNAzol should be protected from light and stored at 4°C. Other reagents can be stored at room temperature (15-25°C) for up to 12 months.
