The dNTP Mix (PCR Grade) contains 10 mM final concentrations of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP in premixed aqueous solutions which can be directly employed for PCR, reverse transcription (RT), and one-step RT-PCR. The nucleotides are 99 percent pure, free of nuclease activities, and contain human and E. coli DNA. Mixes reduce the number of pipetting steps required and the risk of reaction set-up errors. They're made for a variety of molecular biology applications.

- For a 50 μl PCR reaction system: add 1 ul of MD001-01/02 or 4 ul of MD001-03/04.
- For a 20 ul RT-PCR reaction system: add 1 ul of MD001-01/02 or 4 ul of MD001-03/04.
