CD Genomics offers a high-throughput primer walking sequencing service for PCR amplicons, plasmid inserts or entire plasmids, if they are too long to be sequenced in a single sequence read. In addition, we have successfully applied the technology into gap closure, optimal coverage of both strands and low quality region resequencing during full length sequencing.
