For high throughput genotyping applications, Creative Genomics relies on the powerful technology of Sequenom iPlex^TM Gold Assay. In this system, hundred thousands of SNPs can be analyzed per day based on an allele-specific primer extension reaction coupled with mass spectrometry measurement of extended products.
